All orders ship Monday – Friday. Domestic orders will ship via UPS and International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. You are able to select your shipping cost and options at the time of checkout. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation outlining the details of your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products there will be slight variations from what you see on the screen to what you receive. In addition, while we have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. All items can be returned for exchange as long as the product is in its original condition and returned to us with original packaging.
If you intend to make a return, you must inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of placing the order, stating the order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange and whether the product is faulty. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be damaged or defective or the item was sent with other items which you are not returning.
After notifying us, products must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery. Our address for all returns is: Pride in Proper, 11 Trafalgar Road, Horsham, RH12 2QD, United Kingdom. You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed.
Any refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s card. This typically takes 10 working days, dependent on your bank or card issuer and unfortunately Pride in Proper are unable to influence this.
We try to accept all returns, but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
